Suman Rangabhashyam is a certified facilitator with Capsim Business Simulation(R), USA and has over 35 years of experience in management training, staffing, corporate communication, customer services, general management and marketing. She runs two companies and is an expert in coaching business owners scale up their business.
She has handled training sessions in selling skills, soft skills and Product training for ICICI, Axis Bank, Infosys and L & T, Wipro, SEW Infrastructure Ltd, Alliance Consulting, Amazon, IIMs, ISBR, ISB and more. Her core competence area is training – Classroom, interactive / experiential or simulated models.
Why Am I Qualified To Do This Work?
She has been President, AFWWA(L) ( NGO) Naliya from 2009 to 2011. Her work included management and administration across a wide swathe of the activities in the various ventures undertaken by the non-profit organization.
In 2001, her work with AFWWA had also included rescue and development activities in Bhuj, after the Gujarat earthquake tragedy on the 26th of January, 2001.
She has been the President of Federation of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry– women’s wing. And is the currently the advisor to Aspiring Ladies Entrepreneurs of Telangana Association. She has many awards to her credit like APJ Abdul Kalam Seva Puraskar, Grand Queen’s Leadership Award and more.
She enjoys balancing out a very busy professional life with strong community links through involvement in not-for-profit organizations that can use her skills and enthusiasm. Her interests include music, movies and intricacies and intrigues of the business and financial world.
She is now designing a business competitive program for specially abled, abled and underprivileged participants using an international “Business Simulation Program”. This will bring together corporates and participants every year. It will help participants get understand weather they want to become employers or employees. The aim is to have this in De-Hub every year.
She partnered with Amazon’s Cloudtail for a national project. She has touched the lives of 3000+ adults to help them cope with their challenges during the pandemic times. She has worked on a CSR project with Goldman Sachs and is designing a second project on inclusion for the marginalized part of society, the specially abled and LGBT- The project is to enable them to join the main stream.
She is a part of the International Board of Advisors of BNI in addition to being a Senior Director Consultant and a Launch Director.
